Does anyone know why they randomly disconnect everyday and won't reconnect until I do a factory reset, uninstall the app, unpair and wait 10 hours? Then, while fully charged, within a meter of my LGG6 phone and listening to music they suddenly disconnect and i have to repeat the painful process? I'm reaching out because after five attempts to contact Sony and no response I'm hoping the wonderful people of the internet can help. As it stands don't buy these.

I've had mine for a week or so and found that the cables were a bit long as you mentioned. Now I've placed O-rings over the ends of the neckband, this makes my cables a bit shorter. That little clip slide easily and doesn't stop the neckband to slide to one side. But for me the pros outweigh this con.
Does anyone know how to remove the part of the charger to repair?

Beats are rubbish. Simply poor quality and very short lifetime before the charging function stops working. After having bought one pair which I got replaced within guarantee and then experiencing exactly same problem with the second pair I will never buy Beats again. Shame though because sound and design is nice.
