You guys did great at acting here! I appreciate your videos. I need some advice, I just bought a used Sony a6000 and I’m getting it with this lens. I need a lens that I can use to do live streaming(as webcam). Can this lens be used? I’m new to these things and would appreciate any help. What’s the cheapest prime lens I could use with my a6000 for streaming and blogging. Thanks!

Hey Kyle thank you for everything that you share with us really appreciate it, learning a lot. I've had my Sony a6000 for almost 3 years and it's absolutely amazing never had an issue with it. But somehow It started to create 3 files of each photo per format selected, do you know how can I reset that just to create a normal one file per format? Thanks man keep it up.

Bought the A6000 Kit with the 16-50 and 55-210 lenses and some accessories for 666€ (which is around 250€ difference to the price of just the body in my country) :D Should arrive in the next few days. I'll edit my comment and say my thoughts about it then :)

Can I use this on a 6100 or 6400
I`m an enthusiast, nothing more and bought this lens new along with the A6000 a year ago and use it for landscapes mainly .I`ve been pleased with the image quality along the focal length .I have found that with the OSS I can get sharp images in many situations without needing to use a tripod .For me F8 to F11 is the sweet spot .Along with the in camera filters and settings I`ve tried ,this lens can produce images I am pleased with that rely on very little basic (Windows Photos ) editing.

Here's my problem I bought the A6000 with just the kit lens and then got the 7artisans f1.8 25mm. I loved the bokeh and low light performance of the 7artisans but as it is a manual lens it's not a go to lens when travelling as most of the time you'll miss the shots before you can focus. now I need a all rounder telephoto lens that does everything and a lil better low light performance than the kit lens and a lil sharper. P/S: thanks for clarity about 55-210mmI guess it's gonna be almost of no use in low light.
Can you link me the results? Im trying my best to do shoots with this lens to raise money for a better one because I'm on a fixed income & cant afford one just yet. My images are subpar and I've been working on different settings each model call. Sharpness is terrible.
