Nice Video!! I bought it today and would like to ask if it is normal that the the plastic cap over the usb-c and micro USB port wobbles a bit. I can move it up because there is a bit space, maybe a millimeter. The other caps don‘t move. Is this normal or maybe a construction flaw at my camera?

It's mad that they don't include a proper charger on a £2000 camera. And that the charger you can buy has only one slot to charge one battery at a time.

Camera looks amazing. Sony really seems to have knocked it out of the park with this one. Canon needs to do some bigtime catching up or they're going to be roadkill.
I think you will get regrets if you sold your previous Camera. I sold aps-c with lots lens with sacrificing my money. Most people had bad experience with sony camera. We can't believe to Jason Lanier and some there because they are hackers and they are paid my Sony. Canon abd fuji is superior for color and others

Hey Jake, I recently picked up a Sony A7 III off of ebay for $1400. There are only 216 exposures on the camera aswell, what are some things I should look out for? (damage wise)

Can you please clarify. Around 8:50 you say "I have it set to record to one memory card at 1080p 120 fps and one to record at 4k 30 fps." Are you saying you record to both cards with different formats at the same time? Or, just when you shoot in 1080p it saves to one card and when you shoot in 4k saves to a different card. That would be an amazing feature to shoot both at the same time.

For some reason I keep seeing a yellow tint in the A7 footage. Is anyone else noticing this or is it just me? I’m noticing it a lot at 6:12. Not sure the reason behind it, makes me a bit hesitant if it’s an inherent issue. Also, what camera was used to shoot this video? Fantastic quality.

I was just about to buy one but I heard to many bad reviews as the shutter stops working after a while so I will go for a Nikon instead, but that Sony camera does take some great photos and is better than most cameras but it’s so off putting by so many bad reviews

Hey Lisa, if you've done all your research you'll inevitably end up at the Sony A7iii or one of the variants. I actually considered the Canon 6d Mii and almost pulled the trigger (egads!!!). Then the Fuji lineup had me seduced with all the glorious dials and the jpegs with their film stock secret sauce. I just hadn't done enought research. When I finally focused in on the Sony A7iii everything became clear and I realized that for the discerning photographer there really is no competition to the Sony. Just look how you beam just holding it 😁👍.

Staying with my mini dslr, (Nikon D5600) until Sony, or Nikon capitulates, and gives a freakin' touch, flippy screen, on their flagship. I can't really upgrade, without giving up that feature, unless I go outside of Nikon and Sony, and I don't want to buy into another eco system.
Above iso 800 the a7iii is iso-invarient. It is not more noisey with higher iso values.
