They will say its our warranty policy. We will replace with same MRP product. When I checked MRP of skullcandy's products Its same for all model. So I asked Have you ever replaced with higher model for any customer ?? No They didn't I replaced my product thrice Every time same issue Moreover To contact them via call is also tough job becuase waiting time is almost 3 hours !!!!! They reply in mail after 6 - 7 Days Read Reviews in amazon and flipkart !! You will get same reviews Never buy skullcandy Products Moreover Its country of Origin is China ( Refer Amazon's Product Info )

To bhai Mera honest review. Mere paas ye inkd around march 2020 se hai ya us se bhi pehle . First of all bahut Accha product sound quality bass quality everything is very good. Pair bhi bada easy ho jaata hai aur battery life bahut bhadia hai. Mai jyada heavy user Nahi Hu lekin battery life bahut best hai. Agar normal chalao to poore din chalta hai. Lekin ab October 2020 me kuch problems aayi hai. Iske buttons ke upar wali rubber automatically utrne lag gayi thi. Aur iske dono wires kharab ho gaye. Awaaz band ho gayi bahut twist and turns Karne ke baad ek sweet spot milta hai. to I suggest ki isko buy Karo 7-8 maheene ye Kahi Nahi jaaega ekdum honest review hai mera

After a year of wearing these, I can’t turn them on anymore. The build inside these earbuds are very flawed. The buttons have a little stick that presses on a button and if that breaks, you have to use your nail and dig deep to press a small button that turns the device on. Just recently that little button broke off and I cant use them anymore. Apart from that, there is no good use for them, working out with them can be annoying because the neckband can twist and fall off very easily and requires readjustment pretty often. This also happens when you lay down in bed and falls off. Battery life is amazing and recharging can be super fast with a phone charger instead of the one that they give you. The wires can also be annoying even when walking since they bunch up and you decrease the length, the earbuds would pop right off when you turn your head by s slight degree. Horrible design but great sound and mic quality

I am very disappointed with the brand.I can say you'll are cheating customers. If customers are paying u a nice amount for the product then u should not provide rubbish product to your costumer which gets damaged within six months of the purchase date. I have also purchased one skullcandy earphones apart from bluetooth headset which is also having the same problem which stops working within few months. There are many other brands in market as compared to skullcandy but i think so you'll are providing cheap products day by day. First tym it happened i thought it would be normal but it is going on with all the products. And first of all you'll need one month to replace the warranty. No one is that free in this busy schedule for doing courier to u and after that u will do the needful and there is no confirmation also from ur side once u receive the product. It is very shameful after being such a good brand you'll dont value ur customers and you'll are just cheating with the brand. If you'll cant provide better product as compared to money then i think u need to shut down. After paying this amount we are feeling as if we have purhcased from roadside which we get for 100/- Rs also and i think so their durability is better then skullcandy. Highly disappointed with the service and product. I will never advice skullcandy to any of my friends and all.
DO NOT BUY them! If you actually use them an hour or two pr day, they will last a year or 1,5yr. First time mine broke i got a couponcode and easily got a new pair.. Now they want me to spend money sending sending back my second pair with the exact same damage as i pointed out to them would happen again. So No, This isn't quality. Don't waste your money.
