XLR8 is clearly for lean bodies...also, it can not replace glutamine(as in L-Glutamine, there is 100% glutamine,but here glutamine percentage is comparatively low)...you can not use it when you are in ketogenic diet or you are bulky and trying to lose fat(weight actually)...the total energy comes from glucose(52%)and they use thickener as maltodetxtrin(43% and it is heavily processed from specially corn and rice starch, though it itself is not that bad if used in less quantity but artificial sweeteners mixed with it is very bad and makers ignore to mention), both of them are very cheap and readily available in the market, and anybody can google the negative effects of sucralose(splenda) which is also there(that's why the product is excessively sweet)... So, from my point of view, its a TOTAL WEST..If you bought it already ,throw it out...dont take it for PAISAWASOOL...Otherwise, you have to pay for it later(specially if you are dreaming for flat stomach..)
