How do you clean the pan afterwards? I have the same pan, but a bit worried about scraping it in case there's some kind of coating. Can you just pour some water on and scrape with a metal scrape?

C'est vraiment grossier et lamentable, sous prétexte d'une prétendue recette, qui n'en n'est même pas une, ce pseudo cuisinier ne fait que de la pub pour de l’électroménager. Bon courage pour manger ça, le dépôt calciné cancérigène sur la plaque, tu parles d'une cuisine saine. La plaque est si fine que la chaleur se concentre a un seul endroit, elle ne se diffuse pas, d’où le brulé. Ca c'est pour la recette saine et digeste, mais la hotte aspirante, c'est encore plus rigolo, à peine le quart de la fumée est aspiré, et encore il n'y avait qu'un morceau de viande rikiki et 3 légumes qui se couraient après, juste pour une personne. Ce n'est que du gadget. Un conseil, faites sauter vos légumes dans une poêle traditionnelle et aussi y saisir votre viande, ce ne sera que meilleur.
