I bought one of these machines a month ago and I am totally impressed with it. I have no pets or children. I am an office worker working in my office at home so my clothes have no grass stains, mud or blood stains and I find the 30min and 1hr settings completely adequate for normal clothing, towels, sheets etc. This machine is silent, uses less water, less electricity, takes less time and washes stuff cleaner than my old AEG machine.
My emergency handle has gone up the socket, which you showed in the right side of the machine inside the small circle down. What should I do??
