0:24 Right off the bat you claim soy is a complete protein. *Attention* all plants have a complete amino acid profile meaning from a strawberry to a carrot, from beans to lettuce, they all have complete proteins. Gelatin is not a "complete" protein.... 0:45 there is no evidence proving that whey is better for muscle building than soy. You can link me I would recommend people avoid protein isolates of all forms and stick to whole plant foods. Generally speaking, whole plant foods are very nutrient dense, low-fat, and *not* very calorically dense. They are loaded with fiber and antinutrients. You shouldn't be afraid of fiber or "anti-nutrients", it's like being afraid of antioxidants. Do your research... Another thing to research is phytoestrogens. Plant estrogens have anti estrogenic like effects and improve menopausal symptoms. Where as the *mammalian estrogen* found in all dairy products and meat and eggs will raise estrogen, and for men lower their testosterone too. so next time you avoid eating tofu because of phytoestrogens, and instead you decide to go for the chicken you are doing the exact opposite of what you should be doing... Understand that I used to believe every myth perpetuated in this video. Please do your own research. There really isn't as much controversy and confusion about nutrition as the media makes it out to be...
