Thank you Kushal, I learnt more about using the Shanny watching your video than all that 8 hours of googling produced. The Shanny guide was useless.
The one thing I've found about this flash that really sucks : If you use an external power supply/pack the opening for the port is too small, so a Nikon PB-nx power cord does not fit. The funny thing is that it appears to be a Canon PB-cx port! Other than that, this flash is fine. I have three of them. If you never use an external power supply, you'd never know.
This is a great flash, but like many YouTube demonstrations, the demonstrator speaks much too quickly and needs to prepare a script beforehand.

Fantastic flash unit for the price. I really like mine (Nikon Version). I don't use flash a lot, but did try using the Shanny as Master to trigger my SB-910, and vice versa. It works. I also used the pop up flash in command mode to trigger bothworks too. I forgot how I did it, but it wasn't all that difficult. Just from my feeling, I think this unit appears to be slightly more powerful than my SB-910.
I wanted to know something that you don't explain in this video.  How do you use this flash a s a Master to make other Shanny (or Canon 600) flashes to work as Slaves?

I have Nikon and Altrua speedlights. My Nikon zoom motors are really quite, great for weddings, conferences, etc. But my Altura speedlights are a little distracting. Can you compare the Shanny zoom motor against a Nikon for how silent/noisy they are?
My Shanny Flash is stuck on 14mm zoom it does not change.
I have SN910EX-RF with a trigger SN910TX. I need to buy another Shanny Flash what flash can be triggered with the available trigger?
31:26 - you are using the other one too. Look carefully and see that you are triggering both flashes

Have you noticed any issues with the Shanny getting HOT?
One thing I noticed with aftermarket flashes is the zoom head motor is noisier than my Nikon speedlights. I have an Altura that works great but it sits in my camera case for emergencies. Have you noted a difference in how quick your Nikon 910 is compared to the Shanny?

Hi Martin, Awesome review, you convinced to the Shanny. I wonder if you can help me with my SN600SN. I received it today, and I was pretty happy for the first 5 minute, after have played a bit with the zoom range, when I put it back on the camera (D5500) the zoom range got stuck on M and 14mm and even if I press the button zm/C Fn nothing happen. Any suggestion. Thank tou

It's quite odd, Shanny, 闪尼don't seem as popular here in China. They're not on Jingdong and the ones on Taobao have marginal sales figures. Yongnuo is popular as well as this other brand I haven't heard of: Sidande. 斯丹徳 That one is slightly cheaper than the Meike and outsells both Meike and Yongnuo ten to one. Not sure if I would dare to try at the same price. 480 yuan vs 580 yuan. 50 pounds vs 60.
skip the first 5 minutes of this video this annoying little fuck is getting on my nerves. he says nothing of any substance for half the damn video dude why in the hell do you have the YN622 on the camera when your testing Commander mode? The Nikon CLS commander is an optical signal . to bad you didn't test that. Your wrong about TTL mode. many of us do use it with off camera flash.

Hi Martin, Great review, just what I needed to help make my decision on buying the SN600SN. Just one question, my Shanny shows DX on the LCD display and I can't seem to change it. Im using a D810 with FX lenses but it still states DX. Am I doing something wrong Pete
