The only real problem with these headphones besides the proprietary aux jack, is the software.
It doesnt fucking work. I have tried numerous different solutions, and the software fucking sucks.
It doesn't even launch properly without me having to actually kill it twice in task manager for it to even boot up, and even once it boots up, it does not detect my headphones.
A like for the timeline out the gate.

Bruh the mic sounds good to me, I just bought some and the only cons I’m seeing here is that the frame is plastic and that the wire is connected to the headset. I can’t wait to hear the quality tho 🔥🦾

Literally the best gaming headset money can buy. The sound stage is very wide, sound just "flows" and sounds very warm and detailed, the microphone is amazing at cancelling out background noise while still retaining quality.
My dumbass watching a review on something I already bought.. lol. I agree with everything said. I actually used Equalizer APO to tune the phones & microphone and they sound way better, like night and day. Admittedly though, you shouldn't have to eq a headset. lol

July 2020 ...had these head sets for over 4 years and still using them ... still works.... these headphones LAST! Love them.... my money was WELL spent!!! ( July 17 2020 : Just got a break in my wire to my headset and immediately ordered replacement cable on amazon... these headphones really are that good!)

I swear every headset review online never let's us hear or see the bleed from open back headphones. You guys only speak about the audio but never let us hear anything. I dont even know how loud open back headphones are because you reviewers never let us hear it at all ya only ever speak about it.

There's a couple of salvage stores in my hometown, and my sister was able to pick these up in black for $35 for me. I absolutely do NOT need another headset, as I have my Arctis Pro (currently using and love), original Corsair Void and an older pair of Corsair HS40, both headsets that I have yet to sell. But shit...$35?? No way in Hell I could let her leave them sitting there. They already had them marked down to $85, and discounted it further for 60% off. Belated Christmas present for me!

I just got this headset today, but I have it connected to my very old ASUS P6T onboard sound card - I tried de-installing and re-installing different Realtek audio drivers as well as only using the Windows standard audio drivers, but my issue is that even when the volume switch is set to max (at the right side of the G4ME ONE) and all windows sound settings are at 100%, my audio is still pretty low and I would like it to be a bit louder when listening to music etc.
Is there any way to fix this or do I need an external or PCI-E soundcard?
Weirdly enough, within Realtek HD Audio Manager, it recognizes the headset not as headphones but as 'speakers' and there's no option for me to change that to headphones anywhere.. I googled that issue but to no avail :( Maybe that's the reason for the quiet sound but I can't change it..

i am planning on getting this headset, but i just have one question, with the sound leak, will people im on a call with hear echos of their voice or any of my music? im okay with anyone around me irl hearing something but i just need to know if it will intervene with me calling. Am i even able to listen to music and be on a call at the same time without them hearing it as well?

I need technical support! I bought two different pairs of these for my Xbox One, and upon plugging them into the controller (this happened with BOTH of them) I only get sound out of the left ear, and the microphone doesn't pick up anything at all. Someone PLEASE tell me what I'm doing wrong!

I got the headset yesterday and I have this low sound problem. Previously I had USB gaming headsets and they were all fine loud and good but this time I decided to go with 3.5 MM jack and bought this as I saw a stupid amount of good reviews about it like everyone saying its awesome, best headset they have ever bought, you hear every sound, amazing quality for gaming, etc. Now that I have them I can't even get them loud enough to hear my game properly like foot steps and stuff. My Mobo is MSI Z87-G43, it has Realtek ALC1150, High Definition Audio, Sound Blaster Cinema (I don't know what all that means btw re this headset).
Now I don't know if this is how this headset is supposed to work and everybody loves them like that or there is something wrong with my Mobo, or maybe everyone uses it with an external dac/amp, I don't understand. I have ordered a FiiO-E10k dac/amp to see if it makes any difference, if not I'm gonna have to send them back and get a USB gaming headset. Should I not have expected better quality audio than USB headsets especially for gaming? how do you get the best out of this headset? I'm disappointed as F**k, I really hope I'm doing something really wrong. On a positive note, they are the most comfortable headset I have ever used!
Have you used the GSX 1200 or 1000?? I just bought the GSX 1200 and am trying to decide between this and the Game ZERO's to go with it. Looks like this is the better choice with open back design.

Most gaming headsets have awful audio
The audio from the mic doesn't seem to pick up bass particularly well and it also seems to be sensitive to wind or breathing from your mouth....Imho FAR worse sound quality than for example plantronics gamecon 788 or some turtle beach headsets ive listened to..
