Please can someone tell me which one is better, cx 1.00 or 300 ii
HANDS DOWN THE BEST! now i need to buy about 10 of them to last until i can't hear anymore...
i used to have these earphones way back 2010 if im not mistaken...the sound is pretty good...gf borrowed it,and when she returned it,it was like it went into a warzone...bye good 'ol senn!
I use the cx300 II , when my first ones went off I bought them again. Never had an issue with the "noise" you say you get while walking or moving around. Honestly I think maybe you got a defective product.

Some people says i'm using this earphone since 3 years but my cx300ii deteriorates every 3 month because of his cable.
I've used these since 2007. They're my favourite budget earphones.
they are noise isolating headphones not noise cancelling. Big difference.

I own this kind of earphones for three times already since 2008 and the last 2 broke in only 2 years but the last one I got was since 2013 and it's been over 6 years now and still the best sounding earphones for me. I would still buy this in the future incase mine broke down along the road. I hope they will continue producing this earphones and not discontinue it.
The problem is the cable, it seems to be very fragile. I thought it was flat.
Does this earphone come with a mic?
Had CX 300-II for 3 or 4 years. One earphone broke recently and i bought the CX 3.00. After 4 days changed them for a pair of CX 300-II. No comparison. The CX 3.00 are bass-hyped but the mids and highs are thin and detail poor, and are also a LOT quieter then the CX 300-II, which are very detail rich balanced but also have a soothing and powerful bass. Much louder too the CX-300 II!

I got these, the bass is ok but I've heard better.very clear I guess. I don't hear any noise in the cable maybe your ears are broken. I think hard to give a review of sound quality because all people's hearing is different.

This is Cx300 II. You've mentioned it but you kept saying Cx 300. That's another model.
These are absolutely awful by today's standards .Really muddy sound, and it makes things sound very unnatural.

I have my old Sennheiser HD 25 aluminium and Sennheiser HD 280 pro... The earpads is bit flaky now... But I still love the sound of it... I don't have any Sennheiser iems..I wish you could review some(I want to know what do you think) if you manage to get one..

How are these compared to Sony MDR XB55 ?
I''ve used Sony, Audio Technica, Skullcandy, and these Sennheiser earbuds. Been using the cx 3.00 for about 4 years. It's in like-new condition and I use daily. Personally for the sound quality I think it's mediocre or average. Nothing too crazy. The Sony and Audio Technica broke less then a year. And he Skullcandy I have owned for over 7 years. I used vigorously before the cx but now only occasionally.
I bought the CX 100 Slightly disappointed by the sound quality not sure whether to upgrade to the is anyone experience both?

If these break,Sennheiser will replace them no questions asked as long as you prove that you bought it from a reputable dealer for example I had to print out my Amazon invoice and had to send the headphones in. They paid for postage. Sennheiser is a legit company

What a shitty earphone. Im german and a absolute sennheiser fan but i had these and the highs was pain in the ass. now rocking the awesome momentum in ears.

My CX 300-II have excellent bass. If you think they lack bass, you must have bought a fake version of these. I made this mistake on my first pair of these and they lacked bass. They also did not last very long. They are one of the most faked ear buds on the market due to their high popularity and reputation. See their web site for more info on where to but the real ones. I actually agree with you. I was using Sennheiser cx150 for 4 years, and wanted an upgrade. These are not it. The clarity is not that good, and lower basses are non existent. They are loud but the range of different sounds is not good. They are double the price of cx150, but can't compare with the quality of sound. I am returning them today. This is my personal opinion.
I would really appreciate your reply :)I have a choice between Jays a-Jays two and Sennheiser 300cx ii. I listen to classical music mostly (classical guitar solo & vocals). I like clarity in sound, especially in high's, balanced, not mushy bass, and mostly the 3d area effect where i can hear music in front/side of me not in my head. I don't care about comfort. Thanks!
