I'm thinking of buying this for storing all of my downloaded series mainly. I use only Windows on my computers. Can I delete or move the default files that are on the HDD or they have to be as they are?

Awesome review! I just bought the Seagate 2.5-inch 4TB external hard drive and I love it very much, but mine only camr with the hard drive & USB cable, which is excellent, as I don't need another power adapter eating up my light bill lol. In addition, I love how quiet it is and it doesn't get hot at all. I store media files (mainly MP3 & movies) and documents on it. USB thumb drives are not reliable at all (I found that out the hard way lol).
How about the noise? Is it loud enough, like a slow spin up speed and a max speed noise almost like a jet engine or a raid siren? Of course not as loud, but kind of the same sound.

That hard drive is USB3.0, not USB 2.0. Even the product listing you linked too, along with Seagates own website; list it as USB 3.0. Your review is actually misleading due to that small amount of misinformation. You really should considure updating the video description to reflect the correct information.

Well...here I was watching to see how he takes it out of the enclosure and puts it in the PS4.... well using it through usb 3 connection, any drive will work if it is formatted to exFat, sherlock...

It's good. Just dont drop it. I did and now all my photography work is vulnerable to be lost. It boots with this i/o error and is difficult to fix. The device is in a cheap plastic enclosure. I repeat *DO NOT DROP IT* .... i lost alot of work. I recommend you all to buy an external drive with a more durable metallic shock proof enclosure. Not this one. If you buy this one you must back up all your work to another hard disk or online. Thank you!
