last year i bought Seagate "backuplus slim" and stored my 100GB of personal data within 6 month device not working , then i went to seagate service center, they simply told "head issue" there so we can't recoverable your data, later i went to other well know third party service center ,they asking me in order to recovery date, i need to pay nearly 30,000 to 40,000 rs, How can i pay that much for 10,000 rs device, so i am suggest every who using external seagete backuplus slim device , please save your valuable data in mutiple devices ... don't depend on one device.... and also suggest were i need to go in order to recover my data for less amount.....pls post ...
