I just tried a test with my D4s on 12 bit RAW, in Manual (1/200th at f2.8) and with Manual focus at 100 ISO. I used a 160MB/s (64GB) Extreme Pro and a 32GB 90 MB/s Extreme Pro. As far as I could accurately time the 90MB/s card finished writing in 14.95 seconds and the 160MB/s did it in 12.12 seconds. For a sports shooter (which I am) this is useful but the cost of the card must be weighed up before spending the cash. Do you really need that extra speed? If you are a serious sports or wildlife photographer with 1DX or D4s cameras, yes.
Actually the speed of "160MB/sec" is inreading speed. The speed of writing Data on this card about 65MB/sec. But it is still a very fast card. It does save a lot of time when you download pictures or Videos into your Computer, especially ifyour computer is using the USB 3.0 system.

with all the respect and love to sandisk (i own only sandisk cards and I will stick to them) that's like compering a ferrari to a frod focus in both terms of price and performance, to show that the only difference is 14 frames, and in real life there are far more upsides of fast cards

Do you have to do a 32 GB card as a 16 GB, 128 as a 64 GB, etc...because the disk doesn't actually have those amounts? I assume that's correct, I got a 64 and a 128 in today I'm testing. I also used a 3rd party program to format as FAT32 for all of them.

if you are testing it using the SD Card adapter, then the speeds will be MUCH slower than just plugging in the card to the device. Its not recommended to use a MICRO SD card using the adpater to put into your Canon/Nikon/Sony camera. its better to just buy an SD card and not a micro SD card for best /fastest speeds

Wish you did a test to see the minimum write speed, since it's the most important thing when you record (especially 4k). I'm also wondering : Will this card be enough for 8k 30 fps? If you buy a durable expensive card, you may envoy it being futureproof.
