i am consuming this product..taste absolutely awesome as well as good mixability. However, this product containing mentioned amoung of protein exactly?. some people say it is made from only soy source of protein not including whey concentrat coming from milk. is that true?

Now I am using a rocky road falvour too. Before I used Double chocolate. But Rocky road is much sweet than chocolate. Means I feel too much suger then double chocolate. What do you thing, is it right that suger is high than double chocolate falvour......please reply it...
