utter waste buying rex series.. No 3G , no android means no app stores.. and expensive for the features they offer... always get an android. samsung galaxy series is a good option... and i would request samsung not to experiment these crap phones in indian market.

you can go to settings and disable mobile data. In that case, you can use WiFi without consuming mobile network data connection.
