Bro, sorry, I think that Samsung RAM you have is a fake one, or at least maybe refurbished. First it is come with generic packaging, that kind of packaging suspiciously used by so many "big brand". Exact same packaging design, only with different brand logo. And then in CPU-Z, the DRAM manufacturer is blank, whereas it is usually display Samsung as well, same as the Module manufacturer. The last thing, genuine Samsung RAM usually has an engraved writing of "Samsung" on the edge of the pcb. I cannot see that in the module you have
