This is random but is there a reason why there’s screen flickering issues on older samsung devices? I have s20 n s20 ultra n s20 plus having screen flickering issues due to that, it damage the display n it’s unusable now:/ my friends are also currently having the same issues he’s using s20 plus. And i saw that s21 are getting such issues too
These phones are great for carpeted soft bounce houses but what about a real world review bash it about a bit drop it take it out does it last ?
This design may be less practical than the normal s22 but I like it more to look at, specially the rear

Maybe it’s just me but I don’t like the squared corners, I think it’s a turn off. I prefer the rounded edges.

How dim in low light does the screen get and is still readable?
I definitely do not want this phone because it sounds like a cheap Note phone. If you're not going to make a powerful Note phone then don't try to give part of the Note phone to customers on the s phone two different phones. I think Samsung should announce that they can no longer afford to do a note phone so they are moving on to doing cheaper phones. Especially when you are going back to the drawing board to create different phones that sell best for you you should try to rely on your cheapest rooms instead of giving customers cheap options in a supposed to be expensive phone. I like your review because you always give up the true facts on the phone rather they are good or bad. But this company was not meant to be on top forever there are other companies that make phones and should be making that money instead of a company that wants to give their customers cheap products inside of their phone. It's crazy how this company went from making phones that last an entire year to making phones that only lies about 6 months. Not to mention last year this company dropped phones back to back in a short span. I think this company is getting ready to fall as another one emerge up into the limelight. Then on top of that, they did nothing to improve the battery. giving you a worse battery, then the battery in the old phone. I am a true American and I don't like the fact that you want to put a throw together phone on the market and trying to charge me this high price for the phone. Getting people to advertise it like it's the most exciting phone to have. It's just sad to me how they started out making the note the top phone and now they want to cram the note and the s in one phone. If you're going to put the note phone on the back burner for a while I'm pretty sure the customers will understand that you are focusing on your new model of phones. There are a lot of people who will wait for a new phone including me but I will not buy a phone cramped into another phone. With one identity. That makes a phone sound so fabricated. So I'm not chasing the Note phone until they get the new phone right. And I hope a lot of people do not purchase this phone and keep their old Note phone cuz it doesn't make sense to give you a cheaper phone every year and call it an expensive Note phone.
I just got mine a couple of days ago. Its great, but it is a bit heavier than the Note 20 5g I replaced. I'm sure i'll get used to it over time, but it's definitely heavier.
Mostly agree with this review…..the only thing I would say is that there must have been some sort of compromise to fit the s pen in, simply because the phones are so space constrained. I’m not saying they shouldn’t have included the s pen, simply that they could’ve had a bigger battery for example instead
i dont know why, but in my country, there is a couple samsung flagship users got a green/pink light saber on the amoled screen after update their device.

The Samsung galaxy S22 ultra is the phone I admire so much but I can't buy because I can't afford it.
5 years of os upgrades is a huge bonus and price justification. No need to buy phone for 5 years instead of the likely yearly.

Why is no one talking about the fact that they took a major step back by removing the ability to add different sound notifcations to applications (i.e. Gmail, email and SMS all have different notification tones) This is a staple feature and I am shocked it is missing from this phone. It may be time for me to leave Samsung after many years of loyalty.

I could either pay $400 for a screen replacement on my S21 Ultra or trade it in with a Galaxy Watch 4 we don't use for $160 more and get the Graphite S22 Ultra with 256GB storage, SView Case, Leather Case, Galaxy Buds Pro, and a fresh warranty. That was the only reason I went for it. Their pre order credit and trade in for 2 devices made the sale.
What about battery performance and charging speed?

I still can't decide if this is worth the upgrade from my S21 Ultra. I'm not sure the S-pen is something I would use enough to make it worth it and I'm really a fan of the rounded corners VS the squared edges. I am always a sucker for the new flagship phone and generally upgrade every year. Decisions, decisions!
after actually seeing it in person I've decided to switch to the S22 Ultra from Iphone didn't realize how many things us apple users were missing out on way more customization

It's basically designed and also known as the Note 22. So, why not call it S22 Note Ultra? Anyway, they could have really made it perfect if it has a micro sd card slot/upradeability on top of the 1GB max storage, 16 GB of memory, headphone jack, replaceable battery

Never will understand why any phone makers make a phone with a completely flat back but the cameras STICK OUT past the body.... Basically means you would have to buy a phone casejust for it to sit flat on a desktop/table/etc.
