i personaly think s2 had the best quality of all galaxy phones and the best battery.. I never had a display broke on S2 even tho it fell down on hard surface 100s of times and the baterry lasted around 3 day. Every newer Galaxy i owned s3, s6, s7 edge, s10 and s20 had always display brake fully or a bit even after falling down only once, and battery last 1 day max...
Just reminiscing while I wait for my pre ordered s22 ultra 😛😛😛

It was my first Android phone back in 2011, switching from a Blackberry, I loved it. Ive got every model since then, currently on S21 and waiting to upgrade to the soon coming S22.
Yes even I felt the phone was too big back then ,and it would not fit in anyone's pocket and this Android and smartphones was just a passing fad and will go out of fashion in a years time 😭😭, I didn't use any Android or iOS phone till 2013 when it became difficult to get another decent option ,they just killed the vibrant and diverse mobile market of the 2000s

This phone was the biggest piece of shit I’ve ever had. Never got any android phone again after owning this pos.
The S2 was my first ever smartphone, and it was great for its time! I believe it was one of the best equipped phones that year. In those days, the phones didn't have enough juice to be able to walk around with all the radios turned on, so you kinda had to have them off and only turn them on when you needed them. One major issue I had was using the GPS. Whenever the GPS radio was turned on, it would absolutely murder my battery life, and sometimes it would overheat the phone even after I had turned GPS off.
I would like to watch a Motorola Droid II (Milestone 2) review. Thats a pretty nostalgic and nice smartphone.
I had a Blackberry when I saw this phone advertised on a billboard at a train station. I really wanted this phone after that. I ended up getting the s3 when that came out but remembering hating how it looked compared to the s2. Even now I think the s2 looks great.
I wanted to see a real review 10+ years later, but instead I'm watching some guy mumbling specs. Learn to speak instead of mumbling, for god's sake.

Great job. Love to see that you are putting more effort in making a better video :) 1) I am not really catching a train, so maybe the speaker can talk a bitttt slower. Don't have to talk so fast :D 2) Try to relate what the speaker is saying to what we are looking at. At the part introducing the specs, I dont even know if I should look at the video or the words. But I like the part where it is put together in one screen :) 3) Maybe can increase the speaker's voice and lower the bkgrd music :)

It's crazy how far Samsung phones and Android have come in the last 10 years, this phone would be considered "compact" these days it still amuses me when they said this phone was gigantic, my current phone is a OnePlus 8 Pro with a curved 6.7' I kinda miss the early days of Android phones. They need to bring back removable batteries and headphone jacks.
Watching this in 2021 on a s21 ultra 5g. The s2 was my first real "smartphone." I was blown away when I got it. I remember thinking that there was no way phones could ever get quicker or that phone cameras could ever get better

The phone had black menus. The software lacked refinement. The phone is square in every aspect. It has bold application colors. And THIS HAS BEEN IMPROVED OVER TIME?!?!??!?! Mrwhosetheboss, you just DIRECTLY INSULTED something sacred named Android 4.x. Why on Earth is Android 4.x not refined? Plus the heavy TouchWiz UI back then that added ADDITIONAL REFINEMENT? What are you talking! I like your channel but are you sure you hate the software of Android Jelly Bean and instead prefer some of the tough parts of the new versions? So you prefer round corners and displays that want to be broken the second you drop the phone? (the borders of the new "luxury" phones don't protect the displays as they once did). So you prefer wacky Android animations modded by the manufacturer even more? So you prefer white Settings menus without the Downloaded, Running, All apps settings tabs that were so much more convenient? So you prefer the new permission management that never stops annoying you and you start questioning? So you prefer the new Storage settings that never stop "computing" available storage rather than actually giving it to you?
