I bought a note 5 in 2016 and today it passed away the screen became purple and the battery stopped working and the wireless charging stopped working

Except for the charger connecting being trash and warn (cant charge and use the phone at the same time...cable falls out lol) mine still works great! Would love to get a new battery installed.

It kinda is and kinda not, I play Asphalt 9 on High graphics, alot of lag spikes but its AMAZING in PUBG Mobile Lite, Balanced graphics with almost 40-60 fps, very beautiful

I love notes and i wanted to buy it... But i didn't cause it didn't have a lot of the features i wanted like a replaceable battery, ir, sd, fm... And it still had a flagship price. So why pay more to get less? Bought an lg g5 instead.
Of course it's worth $150 in 2020. I think you've got a bad device. There are some great ROMs available for the Note5; the OneUI Note8 rom is great on this device. Even in 2020- a properly sorted Note5 can still delivery a premium flagship experience. Let's be reasonable in not comparing it directly to our current flagship phones, but to other $150 handsets. There really is no comparison, as even being 5 years old- 2015 Flagship specs are still greater than 2020 budget phone specs. Sure you want to get a version other than a Verizon version- so you can be somewhat up-to-date on software. Honestly, I disagree with nearly everything you've said here. Your phone must be broken or something, as I can switch from my iPhone 12 Pro Max or Note20 Ultra right to my Note5, and not feel like I'm using a device that has trouble keeping up. No glitches, and are we going to talk about how great the Note5 camera sensor is, being from 2015 and all?

Note pen release sensor died! But the fab still does what I need it to !! Not worth fixing. Not worth up-grading. I love it !! 6 years old , and still growing!

I am still using mine. Any time I turn the phone on the phone gets mad and says "Processing system has stopped". Also the build in stylus got stuck and then broke in half when i pulled it out.
Samsung should have updated the Note 5 to Android 8.0.0.For those who own a Note 5 and you love modding, you can install an Android 8.0.0 based TouchWiz ROM ported from the Note 8, Floyd's Android 9 One UI ROM or Floyd's Android 10 One UI 2 ROM.
