I bought this phone but I cannot hear incoming calls the volume is very low. Is there a fault with this phone or is there something I can do something to fix it. Should I return it.
Samsung is really weird in the midrange segment. This 4G variant is better than the 5G one lol.

I just got my galaxy a32 a few days back and to be hones i am really happy with the phone. The size is perfect and the 90hz 1080p super amoled screen looks super awesome. The look of the phone is also realky great in my opinion an comes in a lot of great colours. For the average person the camera and performance wil be good, but you should not expect flagship tech here. The fast charging is only somewhat fast due to the 5000 mah battery. The speakers could be better. Overall i think that this is a great smartphone to own and compared to the galaxy s7 i upgraded from it really is not bad.

no one mention the poor photo quality when taking photo's try zooming in then you see the bad picture quality even after taking a photo without zooming in then zoom into the picture to see the bad pixel quality?

Galaxy A32 4G is quite a wonderful device with Helio G80 chipset. I have experienced it myself and it does a great job in gaming.
You should compare the A32 4G to the A51 as they are almost the same price on amazon
I personally like a32 5G dispute the tft display, and the notch in 4g versions is bit distractive.
Yes Helio G80 might be a little dissapointing but come on at least it's slightly more powerful than Samsung's A51 Exynos 9611
I'm pretty sure the Galaxy A32 has to go through updates and fixes to make most of these cons gone. It just rolled out, so you gotta give it some time imo.

The 4g its like better than 5g cause the instead they pit more good features in a32 5g thwy not do cause it comes a lot in 5g mb if they do 90refresh rate it like you buy a a52 5g price ...

Wait there are more then 2 versions?! I find the differences between the 4g and 5g already weird. Like the more expensive 5g has worse display and less MP, but has bigger display and more settings. So much differences between these two, quite bizarre

If I have to pick between processor speed or screen resolution, I'm going to go with processor speed every time. There's a double effect that the lower screen resolution will also be less taxing on the already more powerful processor, allowing the phone to probably be used for a bit longer without starting to slow down.

I think Samsung has done a pretty solid job with both these phones . Helio G80 is a good choice for the 4G variant because it brings forth gaming support as well with the AMOLED display and 6GB RAM being steady supports.
