This model number was changed - note how the 'g' and 'i' change to the 'n' and 't' here - pn920tbegus. The latter has fast charging capacity. It would be interesting to do a charging test between the two.

Wireless charging usually has about 30% losses of power transmission due to the technology used (induction). Therefore input current needs to be higher than power transmitted to the phone. Therefore brick needs to be "fast" and the pad is regular speed. For this particular charger, the input is 2A (10W) and output is 5W.
What’s interesting is I just bought this brand new through Amazon and it no longer comes with a white adaptive charger and cable. Instead it now comes with a standard black 2 amp 5 volt charger and cable.

One you say standard chargin speed (0,5 amp?), does it mean regular as straight from a wallsocket?
Strange deal, that it's not Qi standard--is a PMA charger according to the box. The description up on Samsung's website (along with amazon gave me different results for the Qi charger (which I actually own one of these :P). I only saw the Qi charger support on my box, now I know that two standards can be supported in one device. Like in the S6/Note5/S7 lineup, but my Note edge only supports Qi. Just something to note as my box did not have the label of any PMA support. 5V 2a is not "Fast Charging" if you are referring to Qualcomm's fast charging. Fast charging is performed at 5v 2a/ 9V 2a/ 12v 1.5-1.67a. In regard to any wireless charger all manufacturers will recommend you supply 2a @5V to the device. Since there is a lot of wasted power in wireless charging (puck, chips, heat, etc) they require much more power to drive the same level of juice to your device.

Bought after seeing this video. Mine does not says "fast charging wirelessly" Just charging at a very low speed. God damn it... What's the point of buying it then ????
Mine is a piece of crap. It doesn't charge my phone at all. The indicator light goes out about half of a second from the time it's plugged in. I had to get a refund.

Dont even think of buying this wifeless charger. It is useless. Does not have a cable and you have to plug it in to your wired charger. Even though it says fast charging on the packing the charging time for a S-20 to fully charge shows as 5 hours. It is a waste of your money.

I got my wireless charger at ichargers.co and its awesome. It charger very fast my phone is full in 30-45 minutes. Design is awesome and you can use it anywhere. They have awesome products.

I do own one of this when i bought Samsung galaxy S8+, later, the telco company gave me a voucher for this samsung wireless charger. As i said to Samsung, if u wanted to gave free gift, please provide all accessories along. When i brought this samsung wireless charger bck home, i put my S8+ charger cable and noticed tat it was vry slow compared to my normal charging, tat was 2017. As recently i saw tis Samsung wireless charger i have kept for near to 3 years. When i read behind the box, then i knew tat tis wireless charger need a USB 2.0 cable and a ATC travel adapter, now 2020. Wat a shame for samsung to gave out free gift w/o provide full accessories. For tis, i miss to use tis for near 3 years. I paid $500+ to purchased ur Samsung galaxy S8+. And wat is tis i got, shit! For tis, i nvr buy Samsung products anymore!
