The TV is great - picture is awesome and the sound is better than my 600watt soundbar. My only gripe is the smart remote, it's way too sensitive - you just accidently touch it and something happens.

Stupid model, TV busted after 08 months, still trying to figure what went wrong between main board, psu and t con, and poor customer service and not much info on internet about repairing or troubleshooting, technicians also seems to clueless as the model is new, now only a paper weight
Welcome the voice control tip. rocking the 50 near 3 weeks. Came with the controller at left, not a fan. Took days to figure the volume control. Why not give all TVs the remote at right? Yesterday after tinkering hdr enabled on my ps4 slim when the p4 said it wasn't enabled! Images on it and my xbox 1 x are crisp and GAMEMODE activates automatically. A fourth hdmi would be nice - all things considered a reluctant purchase only happening when i chose to spend extra for 4k after my third screen broke down. My opinion is more positive and samsung is a good brand in my usage.

Hi, I purchased a Samsung RU7470 UHD 65 inch TV couple of days back. I found this TV cant manage dark contents at all. Whatever the content is SD or HD or UHD, dark contents are relay dark & I cant see even faces or surroundings clearly. I have tried to see different content on Netflix or by using HDMI or USB sticks & problem remain same. I have checked those contents on my 6 year old Samsung H6400 & the result is much better. I tried to increase the back light & brightness, change the color setting to Move but nothing improves the picture quality. Please suggest how I manage this which is a huge disappointment! Thanks.
