The TV is great - picture is awesome and the sound is better than my 600watt soundbar. My only gripe is the smart remote, it's way too sensitive - you just accidently touch it and something happens.

Insignia is a tv made for best buy stores. They are made by Samsung. I had 1 for 8 yrs and its still going strong. Cheaper in price and my opinion a good tv. Just bought this one tu7000 for livingroom tv. Very satisfied

I just got this TV from Best buy. N how do I know that I'm in 4k mode? I'm using it from my PS4 pro. An it doesn't as good as I thought it was going to be it doesn't even look 4k? Is there something I could do in the settings? I even turned on the HDR and the PS4 and on the TV so I'm just wondering if there's anything else more I could do more to make look better? and I plugged in the digital audio out optimal to. Idk if that's gonna do anything?I would rather go with this Sony Bravia.
