I bought those scales and it didn't do the BMI. Bought three WW scales and they didn't do the BMI. I just had a brand new Salter Body Analyser Scales from Salter and guess what, it don't to the BMI all I get is ERR or it shutdown so I give up.

What he fails to mention - the battery compartment in salter kitchen scales is secured with a micro-screw, so unless you have a micro-screwdriver you're screwed.
I recently bought this this month but the batteries don't work, even if you replace them with new batteries. I just keep pressing the power button and nothing comes up.
