Please Review Huawei Ascend Y550. It is the most affordable 4G phone with Qualcomm S410 chipset  which is available for only £45 in the U.K. (equivalent to ₹4250). I imported from O2 UK and unlocked from eBay for just ₹100. I think it is worth buying that.
