My daughter's only banged into the ceiling and walls then crashed to the ground several times until it cracked. As an experiment, my 6 year old and I took it outside to see if it ever came back down given the chance, but it didn't. I warned her that it was breaking anyways, so it might not come back and she said that's OK, since it wasn't working right anyways. My daughter watched in horror as it took off for miles and miles until we couldn't see it anymore. I even tried to drive and follow it, but it was long gone. She cried a lot over it.
