I got a 20" HH Ride Cymbal that, although it doesn't carry the "Duo" name and has less weight (1888g) , it looks pretty much the same as this one (thin, lathed only on the outside, very small bell) , and also sound characteristics are very similar. It was the first cymbal I ever bought, in a local drumshop, used. That was in 1998, and I either could afford a mediocre beginner cymbal set, or this baby. Honestly, the main reason for my decision was: it was the only cymbal in that shop, in that price range, that could both do a ride and a crash sound, and both sounds didn't suck (actually were really pleasant) I already realized it was a good cymbal back then (being a dumb beginner). Today, I LOVE it even more.

I've got this ride along with the HH duo 14" hi hats. Fantastic cymbals, I'd recommend them in a heartbeat
ok )) i just wanted to say, that watching this kind of video is similar to having a sort of conversation, and i personally prefer to look in the eye of the one i'm talking or listening to..
Those are SilverFox with Delrin tips, and they sound great on the cymbal. Stock 'em!
