This video is from 2014, please excuse the chirping from the smoke detector. There's no need to comment to tell me about it because I'm very much aware of it. Besides there's not much I can do about it seeing how its from 2014, I don't live in that house anymore, and my current home has smart detectors which are connected to a smart things hub which will just continue to annoy me with notifications on my phone instead of chirping.

Well, in 58 minutes I should have bread, I bought a oyster 58 minute express bake bread maker at Goodwill for 20 bucks its like brand new but no instructions so thanks Kareem
A bit to anal about everything tbh. A wire rack is not important in fact ive done bread in the same machine for years and never had a rack.

Quick rise yeast should only be used when using the Expressbake function. Otherwise, active yeast should be used even on breadmakers. Beautiful loaf, though.
You are making a basic 1.5 lb loaf of bread, not a 1 lb loaf of bread. Why are you putting your ingredients in the bread pan inside your bread machine since you are bent on perfection? Well if I have to add a little water or a little flour for the right stickiness? Atmosphere do change bread dough and if I hear a sound in express mode when its time I will open the lid and either add water or add flour since the dough ball needs to stick to the sides and then quickly release during kneading. Therefore bread making is not a perfect science and you shouldnt try to make it a perfect science either.Why do you need a spatula for crying out loud? Your bread pan is nonstick. Not a spindle but a kneading blade. Your bread looks like it could have had a little more water added. Sorry to be so critical, but I watch You Tube Videos to learn and some of the videos are really perfect because they receive absolutely no criticism from me where I can actually learn. And you did great in demonstrating the actual bread making on Expressbake. But I did see many things wrong too and it frustrates me especially when someone is trying to be a little too perfect but is far from it.Though my bread machine is a different model Oster (CKSTBRTW20) which I got about the same time you got yours, the recipe and the settings are the same as yours for this bread. I have never used the Expressbake mode on mine, but I will when I make my first loaf of bread using this mode because I got sick of eating yeasty tasty bread though the bread always looked great where Active Dry Yeast was used on modes other than Expressbake. I even hate Active Dry Yeast in hand made breads which Ive been doing for sometime so I dont have to deal with yeasty bread especially when I use Bread Machine Yeast. So I hope the Expressbake with fast rising yeast (Bread Machine Yeast) will do the trick as far as getting rid of that yeasty taste. Otherwise its back to hand making bread again and goodbye Oster. It really is much nicer to use a bread machine because I love the environment that the dough rises in and the baking process.

wow did you say 5 tsp of yeast? or did I misunderstand you I've never heard of using that much yeast.
I looked at the reviews and there were more bad than good. so it's cheap in price and I assume by the reviews cheap in quality.

The only thing I don't like about this machine the sunbeam, and the Hamilton Beach is because of the shape the bread pan is. Most bread machines make a horizontal or tall vertical loaf. These machines make a square
I bought one this year and have some recommendations on the same recipe:As mentioned by others, remove the blade before the final proof (I do it before the proof so it doesn't wrap all the way around)I scored my bread before the last bake for some nice prettiness on topI added butter to the top and it made the top closer in color to the sidesI'm very happy with this machine, myself, as carpal tunnel issues can make bread baking more a chore than a hobby sometimes.
Youre supposed to turn the pan slightly then lift out
I just got my Express Bread Maker. The may have changed the design a little but on mine to get the pan in and out you grab the handle with both hands where it attaches to the pan and twist the bread pan slightly. You set it in at a slight angle and twist and it sorta snaps in place. The same when you take it out. I'm pretty sure it said that in the manual. Good Luck! My first loaf was the 2 lb white that was in the manual. Turned out great. My second one was the whole wheat one that was in the manual. Not so good, too dry. But now I know to add a little water during the kneading stage. Looking forward to trying that one again.

This is an excellent video and I gave it a thumbs up. However, and Im saying this in a helpful way, the rise and fall of your voice sounds very unnatural and at times repetitive and annoying. Sorry. Sometimes you speak normally and it sounds really great. But then you go back into that up and down... I only say this because in your natural voice you sound good enough to be in broadcasting and Id like to see you improve.
