Man this gets old, I remember non sence like this years ago! Your saying that's not the correct way to do that and yet thiers 2 positions! Almost like open and closed so your throwing in "off" science! Wasn't good years ago and sure as hell won't be good now! The rest of the video seems striaght forward Idk, id have to see it! Im well aware tricks don't work long term!

hello, my rear skewer broke. It looks like the frame sliced it off. I bought a new one and same thing, it sliced it off. Should the tire be resting on the skewer? Or maybe my frames cricked

Frustrating to see professionals like (ParkTools) accept the chines manufacture's lack of safety standard and compromise to switch both (THE HUB SAFETY WASHER & THE LOCK NUT) with just a tiny skinny (QUICK RELEASE SKEWER) very cheaply made!

I need to add a skewer to my 20+ year old ccm bike which has a thick threaded skewer. Does anyone know if this thin little skewer will work? I need it for a bike trainer stand.

I absolutely hate these things. Have always had regular bolts and felt safe. Well nowadays I put 80 cc motors on my bikes. (Most of them) recently I acquired a free 200 dollar schwinn 26 inch and it’s a very rare bike. Nice solid bike and light. It has these quick releases. The bike is heavier with the motor and gas tank so this needs to be right or I may not be around to tell how the build went lol I can’t seem to get mine up high enough. The middle maybe, just looks off. My intuition tells me NO don’t ride yet it’s wrong.. here we go

gud day sir ask lang po ako sir stock fork ko po hindo po letter C ang drop.out nya bali close po letter O po plan to upgrade fork na C ung dulo pag kabitan ng hub.. . mag fit po kaya ung nut type na axle ko naka kabit sa hub sa fork na C ung drop.out.. .? sakto lang po ba sir maikabit po ba bali wala po akong plano na e convert to qr baka masayang ung fork ko na bibilhin online.. .? tnx sir.

Nag convert narin ako ng solid axle shaft to quick release ang na encounter kona issue ay yung mga nuts and spacer na naka lagay sa QR shaft ay di compatible sa stock hubs ko kaya ginamit ko na lang yung nuts and spacer na nasa solid axle shaft

what type of hubs did you convert? is it loose ball bearing or sealed bearing hubs?
I have a question, currently I have a bolted threaded rear hub with threaded sprocket attached on it. I wanted to use a a cassette 7 speed freehub on it, but my question is, is it doable to use a quick release hub and replace its QR with my current bolt?
How about a ball bearing hub replace with sealed bearings? will it fit?
