Which Kodak software?
If you can transfer the images to your phone then you can email it to yourself and then edite on a photo software instead of trying to connect to a computer to transfer the images.

I give full marks to the company for my new RICOH THETA SC, that allows me to easily transfer capture 360-degree images to smartphones and tablet computers.In addition, it also allows me to upload their images to the theta360.com dedicated website and then share them on social networks, or upload 360-degree videos directly to Facebook and YouTube. The images are taken in just 1.5 seconds after the power is turned on, making it a high performance camera! Phew I am thrilled! I should also mention that it is also compatible with the new Google Street View app. The app allows to capture and publish photo spheres instantly to Google Maps for people all over the world to explore. One could either shoot photo spheres in the app, or connect it to spherical cameras like RICOH THETA SC. Thanks Ricoh India!

I think until it's 4K, the HD looks rubbish stretched around a 360x360 image. But proper 360x360 4K cameras are in the thousands of at the moment. With this being 'the year of VR', I can't see there being much high quality content going to be made for at least until 2017.

How do keep from scratchin the lens when you lay it down. Lenses on both sides seems inviting for misshaps
@Adorama while you can load this video onto the Ricoh site for sharing, it is now possible via Google Jump to load and share the recording to YouTube and watch and share the video in 360.I find that it works best to play out on your smartphone and uses the gyros in the phone for reference points. Make up a set of Google Cardboard from their site and you have a VR machine for not much money.
I love the idea of this camera and would love to get one but I think I'm going to wait for the next gen model. The video quality on this one is very poor at about 240p and the photo quality is decent enough for sharing on social media but if you want hi-res real-estate 360 photos it won't do the job.

Hi, I would like to ask you if you figured out how to fix quallity of Theta s video? I guess that some convertor from steoscopic view to monoscopic view (without quality downgrade) should help. A leg of my monopod wasn't fully seated and it tipped over, breaking the lens cover of my Theta S. I called Precision Camera (the company responsible for repairs). The camera still works and just needs the cover replaced. They quoted 190.00 USD as a "start" to fix and stated that was the lowest repair cost they had. Crazy!
