Yes it's available at revlon counters in Watsons in singapore. I forgot the exact price tbh, it was like around 15 I think. I'll check again.

I would say you shouldn't and i think ppl just need to accept the fact that it is drying but if you want your lips to last all day then u gotta make some sacrifices. I reckon if i put a balm underneath it, it defeats the purpose of the lipstick actually setting and staying. :)

No problemo, just remember that you need to put less layers and make sure that you don't move it while it sets. It does feel much dry-er than any other lipstick i've tried, but it's a trade-off if you want lips to last the whole day without transferring :)

How would lip balm under and/or over effect the performance of the lipstick? Negative reviews deterred me from getting it, but you make me want to get them all!

I have this in socialite. Nice colour but agree that it does looks abit drying on the lips despite wearing a lipbalm underneath.

very bad experience with these Revlon lipsticks.. horrible. not long lasting..
It was terrible on my lips no matter how I applied Didn't last..only a few mins..before it started to wear off! Came off in ragged patches like crackling My lips are moisturised and in good nick I'm glad I only bought two in the states I'll stick to maybellines 14 hr lipsticks..especially in the mauves and pinks which wear off without a ring

Try Maybelline Ultimatte Lipstick as well. You could compare it to the Revlon one. I have the color More Stone in the Ultimatte. It's pretty.

Honestly not surprised since everything from NARS I’ve tried has been garbage. My torrid blush constantly hard-panned and amour’s packaging broke within one day. They always looked dirty. The matte skin tint oxidized bad on me. Got some lipsticks too and the packaging felt cheaper than drugstore brands and two of them fell out of the packaging upon arrival. I found the afterglow lip balm to have very inconsistent color payoff too.
