I’ve charged mine for hours and no light shows when I plug it to my phone. Is it spoilt?
It was a Bad review because the shorter cable is provided to charge the power bank itself and not the second device or phone. Also some people purchase these power banks for USB-C phone that has a different connector so it doesn't fit in their phone and watching this they will complain that they were sold a non fitting cable. I sell them daily on eBay UK that's why I face alot of complaints regarding this issue so you should show the exact use of the items in your video review. I apologize if I've told anything bad. Very nice review of the unit. Detailed bought in correct measurments and video quality overall. I just don't see why would you keep video mute without any sound. I have this powerbank too and i came here to see is my unit defective or all of them are like mine. I think that batteries may be really around 5000mah but DC-DC convertation board is not efficient and it wastes a lot of capacity. Maybe slower (500mah) would give better results or some cooling on that one chip that is getting ridiculously hot at 1Amp load.. overall not the best product. If you decide do DIY its would cost you max 2-3$ without housing . And i payed for this exact unit around 15-20$..
