I have been working out since 8-9 years.. I am not a body builder.. but a fitness enthusiast I have used various brands.. Especially in my college days i had used this since it was cheap.. Ye she is right taste is obviously not good.. but i did not care i wanted results.. I took 2 scoops per day I had almost no results.. It is not just proteins its.. it about absorption too.. I thought may be its raw may which was failure.. i tried their normal way.. muscle blaze never worked for me as a brand.. I have tried their 4-5 products.. Rather than wasting money i started investing on know foreign brands.. They are bit expensive but they really work.. Plus they are expensive for an Indian brand..
