Canadian public have to remember that ...this Nuclear material doesn't GO AWAY ....it will remain for tens of thousands of years with the ability to kill and damage life. What is sad is in Canada the Government put the waste producers in charger of the NWMO as they are solely funded by the nuclear waste producers. This being said... the NWMO have a BIAS attitude and are really the tools of the producers to cover their butts at a government level. These Proposed depositories/work sites, have NEVER WORKED......Hanford USA, over 70 square miles contaminated ground water, ASSE ll Germany, WIPP New Mexico La Hague UK.......every one of these is or has produced radiation leaks , exposure or accidents causing deadly damage to people and the planet. DO WE REALLY WANT THIS NEXT TO THE LARGEST FRESH WATER BODY IN North America?
