This series is going to be my new favourite can already tell, I think different protien bars/cookies would be good to review as they are normally most accessible
My favorite chips are anything cheesy or sour cream flavored, so the Quest ones you reviewed look pretty appealing!

The sour cream and onion I tried was wayyyyyyy too salty. I ate about half and threw them out because the salt tasted overwhelming. Loaded taco is my favorite to make taco salads with. Nacho cheese I use to use for nachos but liked the chili lime better. I just found some ranch ones I’m excited to try. Haven’t been able to find the other flavors.

hey sean this may seem like a dumb question, maybe you could make a video on it. if you consume lets say 200 g's of protein a day via shakes, tuna,nuts, veggies, fruit, w/e it may be, meat, whatever. am i getting all 200 grams of protein or only about 70- 75 % because of other things like carbs and fats, thanks
