how do you pair these?
I heard it often stop working after full charge and after 2-3 month 1 ear breaks... Is it true?
Why not indeed. Maybe because cheap Chinese electronics is known for being shoddy quality for a very good reason? Lost (most) audio on one side within a few days use and within a week it didn't even pair through bluetooth. Caveat emptor.
Sorry with others by their QY12 which not as they expecting such broken connection ,not reliable etc but mine almost a year run perfect.i have tested Jaybird x3(most natural sound among others BT but not as loud as QY12) or own plantronics,jabra,jaybird freedom or else well known brand but this QY12 is the best sound and loud.almost or even similar with wired earphones.compare to QY19 i definitely pick this as more loud also decent but QY19 more warm and perfect if you don’t like loud sound also design wise better for QY19.i have both.thanks

lots of people are complaining about this headphone!! it stops turning on and it wont charge after using couple of weeks!! Did u face any similar problem???
I bought these headphone last week - found out they drop out heaps even within 1 meter range , fall out of your ear no matter what tips i use (prob because the ear bud is quite heavy) the curvy in ear part is always in the way and covers the charge port to make that process even more annoying - when you take them out of your ear and join them they discontinue the audio which is great ! but when you separate to continue they dont do that automatically which sucks ... i found compared to my skull-candy headphones the audio in the qcy's is rubbish really lacks substance, bass and volume... i think ive killed my qcys by wearing them around my neck, i dont work out but i think i perspired on them to much at work one day... the idea is great which is why i bought them but i dont think the technology is there maybe if the move the battery into the control switch to take some of that weight out that might help

I'm about to request a return for getting a new one because I noticed the left earbud has a little buzzing or hissing sound, similar to radio noise but very Iow though it's audible and annoying In a quiet room, when listening for example to a podcast at 50% volume. But before returning, did you hear about such a problem? And if so, is there a fix?
I got it yesterday but I'm kind of disappointed :( it's awesome, but at first I charged it and it went full pretty quickly, like in maybe half an hour. which is great but I don't know if it's "normal". Also when I paired it to my Samsung Note 9, it shows 100% for a very short time and then 90% instantly... is this normal?! As for battery life, I tested it while I was far from it busy on my laptop, it lasted exactly three hours on continous Spotify playlist, on a 60-70% volume (the highest in the blue volume bar, just before the red, because with these earbuds it's considered high to my hearing). I'm not complaining about the three hours as it's still not bad, and I think it will be more than enough outside, given I'll not listen to music all the time, and most importantly the charging case. Sound quality is awesome, and I have JBL speakers, Creatives, Sennheiser Momentum & PXC 550.. and I still find the QCY really awesome specially for the price. But, is all of what I mentioned normal for the T1 model? Should I return it?
