Very long and slow way to explain madam.... Viewers loose interest... Also there are few things which could be understood easily which you have taken into mathematical aspects. e.g. first find all possible paths, then find the longest path amongst all paths which is the critical path. on this path Est and Lft are always equal. thereby reducing errors and time.

You are plotted the chart as AON and AOA. But CPM and PERT are two different concept beyond your understanding. In PERT diagram, activity time will indicate three dimention of time and we must calculate the expected duration (mean time) using the three dimension. CPM simply indicating the activity time as fixed.
