Great bike cant wait to get my hands on one I had 2 open heart surgery's I have 2 old bikes and they just don't work right
Do not buy their products. I waited 2.5 months for my treadmill to arrive and it did not work upon assembly. Customer service sent me a new piece that I had to replace and the machine started up and was working. A half mile into my first workout the machine failed. I rebooted it and started running again and about another half mile in it crashed again. Customer service will charge you 10% restocking fee plus $250 for the pickup of their faulty equipment. Buy from a more reputable company. Customer service has been contact 7 times and has yet to help in my situation. All but one of my emails has gone ignored. Please consider purchasing from another brand that isn't run by Iconfitness. I am paying them $400 to take back my equipment that has a mile worth of use.
I've just realised the same as others. The resistance does not match the trainers or terrain nor simulate what they are telling you.
I got Carbon CX and the resistance doesn’t syncs with the instructor changes, read some different comments on other blogs and websites and they have the same issues
Just received one. Brilliant machine . Easy to set up .ifit is good just a shame can’t use with swift . Apart from screen size why would you pay double for a peloton.
