Very poor quality No one care about this product
I have 3 burner same one, it takes too much time to cook compared to other stove. Does it come by default with low flame.

Hello , I have bought a hobtop of your brand , and it's pathetic it has so many problems , only one stove works and other three stoped working , terrible customer service you have no one's coming to check it no matter what no. Of calls we have made , worst experience with your company .
Don't buy prestige gas oven, their after sales service is horrible and pathetic too. I had logged a complaint on 21/12/20 to replace top unit of one burner and still no action has taken, spare is still not available!!! Can you imagine how careless are they? Don't buy else you will be harassed like me.

Very difficult to clean and its auto ignition quality is not good at all...every 3-4 months it gets faulty

The worsttttttttttt.......product ...suffering from last 4 years...everytime 2 or 3 of them r not working or making utensils black...the others which r working have very low flame ...customer service is pathetic...no trained technicians...cleaning is very difficult...never buy this product.
For show this is a very good product but for use the most waste item i've used ever.
No after sale service Very bad consumes more gas, Always 1 or 2 burners not functioning. Pl avoid if you are thinking to purchase.

actually prestige is using sabaf burners in the model you are using *not brass burners* some said that brass burners are better than sabaf burners have you noticed any complaints regarding the burners in this hobtop, like flame capacity is lower or anything else
