Dont buy prestiage products useless service.I had brought Prestiage hob 3 burner, auto ignition not working loged complain no isGOA1835646 on 7 Jan2021 till today 16 Jan 2021 no technician had approached yea called me inspite of 2 reminders again, because they dont have any spare parts nor they provide any spare parts in the markets.Local technician hates Prestiage because they dont provide spare parts and advice people not to buy prestige products.
dont buy prestiage products they dont give proper service, no spare parts available useless
Don't buy prestige gas oven, their after sales service is horrible and pathetic too. I had logged a complaint on 21/12/20 to replace top unit of one burner and still no action has taken, spare is still not available!!! Can you imagine how careless are they? Don't buy else you will be harassed like me.

I liked prestige 3 burner and ordered in flipkart paying Rs.15,095/-. But they sent 4 burner. So they took back the 4 burner agreeing that they will refund the money to my a/c and 're order for it. So I believed the flipkart. They sent an invoice without contact numbers and same shop with two pin codes of seller in Mumbai. They say they have refunded the money and gave a number to check in the bank. Bank asked proof of money transfer apart from the reference number. Flipkart is not ready to give any proof for money refunded and now flipkart keep quite and do not respond. According to the flipkart I was supposed get refund money by March 16,2020. So far i have not received. Do flipkart cheat people? I do not know. Anyway I mean to say prestige gas stove is good but should not buy through flipkart.
