This one sounds like a great, possibly unisex “palette cleanser”! I look forward to trying it soon. That bottle is so chic, as well! Thank you for the very helpful review 💕
I love Prada perfumes 💕💕💕💕
Just got this, and have to say it’s incredible. It’s a fragrance that I’d recommend to any man or woman - so well blended. The best way I would describe it is a clean, classic, elegant soap/detergent - maybe something that royalty would use.
Thanks for your description! I love this one, but my favorite is the Absolue version! It is addictive!
Just recently, I bought a 200ml prada infusion d’iris from a buy and sell platform online and upon trying it, im pretty sure that it is 100% legit. Just that, when I checked batch code I found out that I got a 9 year old bottle..made in 2011. It smells superb and I love love love it but would it be okay to still use this old perfume for the next 6-12months?
I thought its for men , or is it unisex?
Great descriptions of what this fragrance brings to mind. 👍🏽
I'm in love with this perfume!
Love your review

I could listen to you talk about scents all day!
Do you think men can wear it too?
I bought this from Fragrancenet. Wish I could have scored the vintage one!
You have such a beautiful skin! Which skincare do you actually use?
Great review 💜 do you prefer this over la femme? Both are soapy clean and I am having a hard time choosing between the two. What do you think?
I, by chance, bought the Prada Infusion D'homme which is obviously for men. It had a musky, vanilla, and iris scent. It worked for me even as a woman. I was wondering if this D'Iris has that unisex vibe to it as well.
I love how you describe this as a designer fragrance which seems safe (or mainstream) on the outside but actually has that avant garde tone once it lingers.
Can you please review Prada l'homme.
Bond No. 9 Saks for her PLS😉😉😉 Would you do a jasmine/white floral compilation/comparison some time😃😃😃
One of my favorites! I have a circa 2007-2008. I get a fantastic light, dry incense accord in the early stages. The scent lasts all day and definitely makes it's presence known. Great stuff.
I love anything Prada. I own one of their saffiano lux leather bags. Those are their most expensive and classic bags. This sounds like a lovely scent. Your Gucci scarf is PRETTY and looks so soft! You look RADIANTLY BEAUTIFUL! :)
Prada Infusion d’Iris is a beautiful scent. It’s light but very long lasting in me. It’s one of the few fragrances that I own that is a peek a boo veil. Hours and hours later it’s wisp by my nose to say Hi! Then disappear again. Always present but sometimes hidden. It’s lovely.
I do get a dirt caked root effect after abt 3/4 hrs that I don’t love but the gossamer veil is so pretty that I tolerate the roots. 😏
I have a bottle from 2009/10.
I also have the Absolute version which may be worth seeking out if you’re taken w the scent.
you live in Ft. Lauderdale? I used to live in Boca a few years ago! now I live in TX
What a fragrance gem. Always great when a designer hits one out the park.
I love this fragrance. It's one of my favourites. I know you're a fan of Penhaligon's, if you like Iris you should try Iris Prima from them. It's gorgeous!
I have a quick question...if you had to make a choice between buying Eau My Soul or the original version of Oud Bouquet right now buy and one later...which would it be? Oud Bouquet is on Notino and fragrancenet for $63...they have both been hit or miss for me on frags longevity. I know it's on the Lancome website but I think the older version is $185 and that I don't have right now. If I bought EMS, right now it would be a 30ml bottle. Also, I already know I love EMS. I'm soo torn because that's a steal deal on Oud Bouquet but no telling if that longevity might be compromised. What do you think?
If you love Iris, get thee a sample of ELdO's Une Amourette Roland Mouret! Beautiful stuff....and affordable too. I may have to find the $42 for a FB....LOL
I adore iris and I love this fragrance as well. I have various iterations of it and they are all wonderful on me. I related to your comment that wearing this made you feel like wearing nothing but iris fragrances, yes, I totally get that. I like the way you review fragrances, it's very thorough and well thought out, thank you!
I bought the D'Homme version of this fragrance (EDT) when it came out. I tried both versions and chose the D'Homme version, then later bought the Absolute which is very sweet and powdery. I love them both and find it funny that I even have them, they are not really what I normally gravitate to in fragrance. Sometimes when something is so very popular and I have previously dismissed it for being mainstream, I have to retry it, just to see if I "get" it. I am glad I purchased these fragrances and I reach for them often when I just want something that becomes "my skin but better" or when I just want something I don't have to worry about. Great review, thanks!
I know you prefer niche. But please review more designer..
This is really a super scent .. love your accent very classy
I absolutely love this perfume. To me ist smells like a classy, sophisticated lady. Really elegant. I never smelled it thinking of a man wearing it though:)
Fantastic review! I love this perfume, have been wearing it since it came out.
Yes, you're right, it actually draws you in, slowly but surely.
how old is your bottle?
Just got an authentic bottle for 30 bucks on eBay! Can’t wait to try it. Love the clean fresh scents during quarantine
Wait so is this infusion D’iris cedre or infusion D’iris ?
For men I advise Infusion D"Iris Cedre. The alternative for the discontinued Infusion de Homme.
One of my favourite scents
Yes, I believe Cedre d'Iris is the replacement for Infusion d'Homme. I hear it's better.
I have yet to try this one also.
Great one! My favorite fresh, clean out of the shower, laundry scent. 😊👃🏽❤️
Well done review & please keep them coming !
Great review and I enjoyed it and I'm gonna try it have a blessed day
I have a few Prada's that I enjoy.
Will sample this one.
Thanks for the review.
You're the best perfume reviewer of all. Wish you would come back! You're delightful...
To me, it smells like a field of Iris flowers that have been plowed. The crisp, pungent smell is pure Iris. There is some powdery-ness to it, but nothing overwhelming. After about 30 min on, the cedar and mandarine start to take stage with the warmth from Neroli. It is clean, and regal. Best way I could describe it would be, this is probably something the Duchess of Cambridge or Lady Diana would smell like.
After trying Knize Two today, I realized Infusion d’Iris and Knize Two are similar in its powdery iris/violet. Knize Two seems smoother, less metallic. Both worth a try by all, no matter the intended market.
Still the best perfume reviewer! Please come back, we miss you 😘
I’ve been watching you for years and you are the Queen of fragrance reviewers. I’m. A true fan. By the way I love safron ginger, clove and sage...any recommendations for men or unisex?
I got 3 compliments wearing this perfume yesterday. I had in my collection for a few years and decided to wear it. Beautiful!
It's my FAVORITE. ♥️
What about projection and The bubble cloud ?... how much does it last?
this is a beautiful perfume. to me it's this lovely cool Woody-green powdery incense smell. it smells like money. Silver coins and a cache of green currency.
im a male and i use this perfume sometimes (2-3 days a week)
layer infusion d iris with no 5 eau premiere = ooooooh my dayz this is lush !
I used this perfume, I'm a men, it's powdery.... worth it!
it smells beautiful lot's of complements I love this prada perfume it's very expensive but worth it.
My favorite iris-based fragrance has to be Iris de Nuit by Heeley. I got a sample from Luckyscent (because it's far too expensive for me at the moment,) but I think it's beautiful. Probably the perfect iris frag...grape-like, powdery and crisp
I love Infusion d'Iris *so* *much*.
We miss your always gorgeous input on perfumes Katie! Maybe you'll be back here at some point. :3
Love your videos! Will you be making more soon?
Also, could you do a review on Chanel gardenia & beige? Also on the Herme's perfumes. Seems they are hot on youtube & wanted your opinion. thx
So looking forward to another video! Soon maybe?
would you recommend this to someone who loves jour d'hermes ?
Thank you so much for doing this review. I agree with you, infusion d'iris is something you apply sparingly. I would like to know your take on paco rabanne's ultraviolet for women though...
Thank you for your reviews and the fume finder. Its the only way I would have ever known about Penhaligon`s Amaranthine which has become my signature scent.
