Do the railway companies have a frequent traveller card to get you into lounges? I have thai airways ROP card which gets me into any star alliance lounge irrespective of travel class plus can take in a guest

Did they not give you any money back from the delay? And I hoped you complained about the rude lounge staff not allowing you in. I would have wanted some compensation. For a delay of 2 hours in the UK you would get a full refund!
Not surprised that you were denied lounge access and a lack on internal communication. The Spanish are hopeless at things like that.
I too have travelled on the TGV In Oui service and was disappointed by filthy windows. I have also travelled with my disabled partner who was forced to remain in his wheelchair for a trip from Angoulême to Lille when he should have had a dedicated seat. Also on a return journey from London, the downstairs loo doors were not functioning properly, meaning there was no disabled toilet available for a near 6 hour trip. What are you expected to do , piss you pants ? Not really good enough. However the seats are comfortable, a bit like the old Eurostar ones.
Is it true that Le bar are closed on TGV Inoui LGV Nord services. I watched someone's review on TGV Inoui from Dunkerque to Paris where the bar was closed. By the way I'm waiting for low cost Ouigo review.
In late February 2020, my son and I travelled in 1st Class SNCF TGV from Paris Gare du Nord to Lille and returned to Paris two days later. The boarding process was easy as the trackside displays were working. However, I was not impressed with the train itself. The railcar seemed dirty to me. The windows were especially dirty. Although the train was not full, there was not adequate space for baggage. Also, the WiFi did not work on either of our trips. The comfort of the wider seats in 1st Class did justify the extra cost, however.
You definitely should try the new inOui coaches, I don't know exactly on which lines they are operated by I know for sure that they are being used on Paris-Bordeaux lines. The second class is frankly better than most of any other national company's first class.
