These things perform better if they are sealed. You lose the boom but pickup on the low end extension.

Have you ever heard the Def Tech Super Cube 2000s or 4000s compared to their Pro Subs 800. Trying to get an idea of the small subwoofers.
I had this sub and it could shake my room up with some nice bass you really don't know what you're missing until you get something better.
Do you think this subwoofer will pair well with the klipsch subwoofer you reviewed? Also with this sub having the speaker pass thrus could i run 3 subs with a 5.2 receiver using the 2x lfe plugs, and then this one using the speaker pass thru.
Just my opinion - but if you're getting port chuffing you need to turn your sub down or get a better/bigger sub. Chuffing means you are pushing the sub beyond it's capabilities.

Good video as usual bro. If you come across the Jbl studio 590’s give them a go , you and your viewers will love those. I have a pair and out of all my speakers they are the most impressive. Especially for the moneyThey have glass bi-radial horn tweeters that are to die for and 8” mid and bass drivers that kick down to 35hz! When I bought them I paid 2G’S US but now I’ve seen Jbl selling them as low as $1000 a pair ! That’s an absolute steal! Check them bro, definitely worth a look see.

Does it ever annoy you when people buy stuff and then immediately flip it for way more than they bought it some guy bought a rhythmik lv12r with a subdude for 330 and is trying to sell the sub for 465 and the subdude for 50 idk I just if I’m buying something it’s because I want to use it or keep it but enough of that this sub isn’t that bad for the price I had it for over a year and it was solid never had any problems with it

For whatever reason I didn't remember Overlord being so bassy when i watched it. I've done a lot of improvements in the bass department so maybe that's why it didn't wow me as much as say Mad Max.

Why subwoofer manufacturers do not use passive radiators? I think it is much better than the sealed box subwoofer and both boxes are equally small

IMHO A Dayton sub 1500 cost less and hits lower HZ & is more reliable.
I removed the cheap plastic feet, and replaced with good rubber feet. Huge difference. (I'm on tile)

I glad I purchase two of these a few years back, when they were selling for $199 each. Try to buy one of these now new. At 300 watts rms that's 600 rms combined that's way more bass than I will ever need. But it's better to have too much bass than not enough, and they are still going strong on those big booming bass movies Wow

Dont buy Amp went out on it. Sent to Polk to get repaired under warranty. Less than 6 months later the amp was stopped working again
