Got mine in 2015 finally they died the best pair of earbuds I've ever used. I used them for running, playing games on the pc and just really daily use.

Battery life can short out the headphones. Had mine for about 6 months, then it wouldn’t hold a charge, regardless of being on the charger. In short, it died after six months. No longer turns on as it doesn’t hold a battery charge anymore.
do they have a case or do we need to buy one just to keep them safe please help

I lost my plantonic ears, so I bought another one. A year later I found it, charged up up. I have two iPhones. I can not get it to pair up with my iPhone. I removed it from the Bluetooth but it just won’t pair. Does anyone know if I can reset the pairing?

I’ve had mine for 3 years and they still work great. Never had any problems of any nature. They connect to my iPhone in about 2 seconds. I’ll definitely buy these again & recommend them to all.

Easy to use, but a little uncomfortable to me, a very un-tech savvy person. Still easy to use.
Low quality piece of crap. left speaker hardly worked. thru it in the trash. went back to cheap plugs. was 100 percent better. true waist of money.
