How Amazon Beat Supply Chain Chaos With Ships, Containers And Planes
Could u pls share the abbreviation of the documents mentioned...you have mentioned for a couple of them in the video but i need more clarity fir my interview.
Do you have any freight forwarders course online
Possible to explain in form E and Form D
Hi, finally I've found some good videos that can explaing things properly, thanks! I still have a doubt: i'm a noob import operator and cannot figure out the steps of MBL+HBL and "direct" MBL (we call direct those MBLs that have the actual shipper and cnee on it, no agent involved). Can you please explain? In this case, does the actual shipper books the freight from the shipping Company with no forwarder involved? And then gets the BL when the ship leaves? What about MBL+HBL. It's such a mess..
Gammac! This is very important for our exam! Thank You!
Having an interview tomorrow, I'm learning a lot already... Shipping clerk
I don't know how I missed your channel all these days. Thanks bro. I love this subject and the simplification you did for quick grasping.
Thank you for this video. Our Japanese company is struggling greatly as full bulk liquid ISOtainers are significantly delayed reaching our West Coast US factory from Japan and empty bulk liquid ISOtainers are significantly delayed returning to Japan for refills. Any advice would be be appreciated.
thank you for this video. I am learning :)
I couldn’t understand anything 🥵
Thank it's interesting
Thank you for this helpful video, may I know which container port is shown in this video image, thanks
Very useful information. Thank you very much.
Good explanation, but what is D/O?
I'm completely new in this field, your vedios are informative to secure my job..thanks
Background music is annoying. Pls remove it. This is educational video, not an entertainment video. Thanks
thank you for this video! i want to ask about the PKL and AFR documents. What do they stand for?
too many abbreviations that are not explained
I am a beginner at sale executive department, I am so glad to see your video. I can imagine and understand summary processing from seller to buyer. It is really helpful for me ! Thank you so much !
As a freight forwarder, this video is pleasingly accurate. Every part mentioned is crucial when you do shipping, and its important to get a Freight Forwarder who can help you through the process.
Thanks 👍
Lol 9:47 - The container cannot float on air 😂😂😂😭😭
Can you do a tutorial on differing quantitative methods calculation?

Very interesting. You would think moving production to a country connected to the US by land may be cheaper in the long run....
I would bet 80% of the stuff in these containers are just useless garbage for consumption. Things you really don't need when it comes down to it.
Amazon Prime has gone up quite a bit and the shipping times and delivertimes are way slower than ever.
Ever since Covid my 2-Day shipping is a joke. It’ll be three to 14 days and come in 18 million different boxes. Stuff is always out of stock and no longer available. I was spoiled and miss the old days.
Am I the only seeing how terrible this is for the planet? I mean, shipping and transporting goods all over the planet back and forth. For example, when I was in New Zeeland I planned a dinner and bought some salmon, what I had to choose between were the locally caught salmon from Marlborough sound, 300 gram for 30 NZ dollars, or the same amount for 20 NZ dollars, the difference? The 2nd choice was from Norway, literally the other side of the planet? How can it be cheaper?! It's just ridiculous and what a waste of all the precious fossil fuel, no wonder we will run out of oil. If we were thinking long term we could have it last for hundreds or even thousand of years. It's great for the world economy to transport goods back and forth, but it's a stupid system, especially for our planet.
When you have deep pockets, you too can payoff governments.
And this helps American consumers in what way?? Amazon is a killer for small businesses!!?? Also American growth?? .monopoly? Walmart etc etc American consumers are not paying less for goods imported?? Think about it people?? RESTORE THE BACKBONE OF AMERICA? The blue collar hard working middle class workers!! ( ENDANGERED SPECIES)? RESTORE OUR EXPORTING INDUSTRY AND COMPETE with the globe 🌎? Again ?? Amazon is a trader to America and others?? The few are gaining extremely and the many have lost?? Poverty doesn't DISCRIMINATE?? REMEMBER THEIR'S MORE OF US THEN THEM?? 🇺🇸STUPIDITY AND GREED HAVE GONE TO FAR???
I want to open a debate which or the two can help the container shortages: minitrucks or minivans?
11:54 I think at this rythm Amazon gona need a Antonov 124
Other logistic companies: oh lets make some container little other big other small... Amazon: all big cause demand is all big!!!!!
With this Amazon goes literally whosale, pasing and i hope this will be a hope for everyone who makes sales on indie stores online or even start your buissness logistics, but for me amazon literaly nailed it, and i hope other companies make the model to make some competition...
Unfortunately, Bezo empire is evil sucking blood of immigrant manual labor.
Why not build their own port/terminal?
Here's a great way to simplify this. California is still treating covid as a thing and is bottlenecking shipping. That is the vast majority of the issue.
Give all the employees a coffee and cake break. Will Amazon have a scoreboard showing when they've aborted the one millionth baby?
As a mechnician I’m looking at the mechanics and technical issues and aspects of this entire situation.
Amazon is doing it and taking over.
DOUBLE IT!!
I am an Amazonian... and I am incredibly proud of how Anazon runs their business. I see all of this as job security for me... *because I do my job well* . People always say that they treat their employees terribly... *and that is simply just not true !* *I am a packer* I made $44,000 last year which also included $1,800 in bonuses. I only got back $206 (damn..lol) on my income tax return...BUT not bad for somebody who only packs boxes for a living.
Hire more people for the ports and in general with $6 sign on with a bonus
