LOL, my Philips Hue Starter Kit E27 came in a VERY thin Cardboard box and no bobleplast or anything :( (I bought from another company in Denmark). I just wish they didn't force the smart home device buttons onto remote. Make them on-screen buttons, and make the hard buttons bigger, or include separate FF and skip buttons. Having said that, at least they allow customizing usage of those bottom buttons. All in all, I would definitely buy this remote again.*

Hello, I have a problem. I have two bulbs connected to a Hue dimmer. I got today an extra white and color ambiance bulb that comes with the hue bridge. I was able to connect the hue bridge and created a room with it on the app, and it's all good. Problem is that I cannot connect my lights linked to the dimmer to my hue bridge I guess, because the lights appear in the app, but it says "Impossible to establish the link" (translated from french so legend in english could be slightly different). Also, when I try to add the dimmer in accessories a similar thing happens. Thing is that dimmer had been active much before the hue bridge. What could I do to add my lights connected to the dimmer (and the dimmer itself) to the rest of the room in the app? Any ideas? Thanks for the video btw! :)
