The product was packed well. I received the product well before the expected delivery date. Price: It has the best, "price to watt" ratio,and I wanted only above 1300W. This was the best price I found for an iron above that wattage. Power: Considering it's light weight 180degree cord free movement, it's 1440W when most irons are 1300W, it heats up really fast and extremely hot,so be a little careful. Sole plate: Quality linished sole plate. Considering the bulkiness of the iron, it would have been more convenient if the sole plate was atleast 1/2inch to 1 inch longer. But then again I had checked the electric irons of most companies, and seems like this is the standard size these days. Older Philips irons had comparatively larger sole plate base. Availability: First I didn't find this iron on the most other online sites &appliance shops, the places where I did find this iron, I didn't find this price anywhere else.
