Omfg i take them everyday yaaaaaassssssss i've got the same brand as you and it works well for me & i only paid SG $ 3.00 +cent's or either $4.00 + cent's reduce to clear because of the best before date that's why it's been sold cheaply , it works for me cause i always have to take my coffee's to help me to go to the loo but after i took one every night it helped me alot , the only downfall for me is the taste .
