So I just bought some supplements at my local CVS. They had buy one get one free. 600 capsules at 500 mg each. I was thinking I would take one along with a half of an avocado, seasoned with salt and pepper, twice a day. I was also wondering if pickled ginger would be acceptable? I have a jar for when I bring home sushi.
Turmeric is anti-inflammatory . Please use fresh Turmeric I peal it with only cordless (ELECTRIC SHOCK) Dremel small wire brush in shallow water , optional & it presses nice trough the Garlic press. Just found out don't need to be pealed as the skin stays in the PRESS just washed & I soak in Borax. Why FRESH ?? I heard , found on YouTube that powdered Turmeric imported from suspicious sources contains the same color ingredient which is the Lead Paint for the weight gain on scale. Independent lab has tested that. Fresh Turmeric is available & more popular everywhere. I even use fresh Black Pepper from Thailand, delicious and aroma is super. Oriental Food Markets have it. My all spices I prefer mostly from Thailand.
